"The location was perfect. It’s right next to a tram stop and then minutes Waldo from la veille ville. A supermarket is 2 minutes away. The flat was beautifully furnished and kitchen was well kitted out. New windows cut out the noise of you close them or you can open them to hear the hum and buzz of Nice. The office responded very quickly to requests and the people they sent were very friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use and allows you to order extra cleaning, etc."

"Note that the second bedroom has quite steep stairs to get up/down, which could be tricky for older visitors. The first bedroom has no door, which limits privacy a bit."

"The location was fabulous, close to everything. The apartment was spacious and well stocked with kitchen items. Nester&Jeeves was very helpful in setting up a private parking space, which is really needed if you have a car, and they quickly took care of an issue we had (tub not draining). The huge windows open to let in light and air but when closed there was almost no city noise."

"It was difficult to get close when dropping off luggage but this was also a benefit as the apartment is on a street with no cars."

"Everything 😊 It was in a heart of town yet quiet at night. Very safe and secure. There was everything we needed in good quantity and quality. Washing/dryer, dishwasher, A/C, iron, hairdryer and all kitchen appliance worked well and as expected. There was even a large umbrella which came in handy on the first day of our arrival as it rained. Lots of daylight and breezy when you open all windows. Hot water was always there instantly and the water pressure was fantastic. The place is very well equipped and spacious. We were set in an hour from arrival. Decent cabinet storage.The agency was very responsive and everything was managed via emails and app which was so smooth. There were even user guides for appliances on the app which was very helpful. Kids loved the upstairs and we loved the sitting area that overlooked the main road for those who love city hustle and bustle."

"Hard to say we didn’t like but rather would be nice to have: - some sort of protection for the windows. The windows are low and quite hazardous for small kids. We had to constantly remind them not to come too close or lean out. - proper duvet would be nice in addition to sheets and blankets, however there was a good choice of blankets in different sizes and thickness. - there is nowhere to hang the shower head but that understandable due to the full mirror on the walls. Kids couldn’t shower independently because of that but we were prepared for that after reading reviews and it only added 15 extra min of work per day so wasn’t an issue. - Would be nice to have some hanging space for clothes however there are some hooks and other solutions we could use. - Size of bath towels could be bigger. We brought few of our own so we could manage with no problem though."
